Each component can be finished independently. Most homeowners keep the frame and brickmould white to coordinate with their existing trim and add color to the door slab only.

Door Slab Color

iYour new door panel comes pre-finished in warm white. You can choose the color for your door panel. The same color applies to any sidelites in your layout.

Frame Color

iThe frame is the border that surrounds the door panel inside the opening. It comes pre-finished in white. You can leave it white or paint it to coordinate with your door or your existing trim.

Brickmould Color

iThe brickmould is the exterior trim that wraps around the frame where the door system meets your wall or siding. It also comes pre-finished in white. It does not need to match the frame; you can coordinate it with your existing exterior trim independently.

Choose the hardware finish for your door. This won't appear in the preview but is included in your quote. If you have existing exterior fixtures (light fittings, house numbers, or a mailbox), matching the metal tone gives the finished entrance a more intentional look.
